Hayley Turner
About Hayley:
I've recently joined All Stars as the new Fundraising, Events & Social Media co-ordinator. This role excites me as I have a daughter who is a member & thoroughly enjoys her time here. I have a partnership formed ready for members to be able to fulfil and learn new sports and outdoor teamworking skills. I hope to develop our members vital life skills for their futures by planning and forming more partnerships and fun future events.
Jane Walker
About Jane:
I have a son with Angelman Syndrome. I have volunteered and worked with children with a range of abilities for over 15 years. I am also a freelance Makaton tutor.
I attend weekly sessions at All Stars as a volunteer and help organise the weekly activities/trips etc.
As a committee member I have seen this club grow over the years and am in complete support of All Stars Youth Club (ASYC) and its policies and procedures.
Kaye Highway
About Kaye:
I'm All Stars treasurer and mom of seven. One of my brood has SEND. We've been coming to All Stars since forever and love every aspect of it. We've made lots of friends in our Youth club family.
Dawn Insull
About Dawn:
I started volunteering a few years ago after looking for somewhere for my daughter to who is SEN, I love the time I spend with staff and members as it is very rewarding. Aswell as watching the members thrive each week doing tasks , engaging in new skills etc I also learn a lot off them about different disabilities and how they cope with situations
Emily Khan
About Emily:
I’m the crazy one (but not as crazy as Jane) I work with young children during the week and have my own party business on weekends. I like to have lots of fun with our members, families and the other volunteers at All Stars and love to see everyone smiling each week at group
Rebecca Nicholls
About Rebecca:
I'm a full time wedding photographer and Mom to 2, one of which is a teenager with additional needs. I really love spending time with everyone at All Stars Youth Club taking part in lots of fun activities!
Gemma James
About Gemma:
I am a Mom to 5 children. I decided to start volunteering for All Stars after seeing how amazing they were & the difference they make to people's lives. I really enjoy being part of such an amazing team and seeing our amazing young members each week! We have such fun!
Paul Tonkinson
About Paul:
I am Dad to Xander who has complex medical needs and severe autism.
I have been a volunteer at All Stars for nearly a year now, helping at group and also on trips. I have previous experience from helping other groups in the community, and believe that All Stars provides the young people who attend valuable social and life skills experience.
Janine Keppy
About Janine:
I’m mum to Xander who has complex medical issues and severe autism, and a diagnosis of Opitz G syndrome. I’m a parent governor at Old Park special school, and have helped and volunteered at a number of groups for children with additional needs. I’m on the All Stars Committee, and help out behind the scenes due to other commitments. All Stars provides, a happy safe environment for the young people to meet, share social experiences, and develop friendships, try new things and spend time with their peers outside of school.
Samantha Reeves
About Samantha:
I'm a buddy at All Stars Youth Club. However, I have been a member prior to this for many years. I help out with the volunteers and really enjoy doing this.
Christopher Challoner
About Christopher:
I joined youth clubs as a member when I was younger. With the help and support of some amazing people I have managed to become a buddy volunteer myself. This has helped me to progress in many other areas. Thank you to All Stars for this opportunity.
